The Behavioral Coaching process focuses on helping leaders and individuals achieve positive, long-term, measurable behavior change.  It can be defined as the science and art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of the individual or team, which in turn assists the growth of the individual and/or the organization. Coaching with include a personality assessment.

 

bullet  Sensitivity Coaching: 

Keep your company out of court with this program!  People who have been accused of harassment or discriminatory remarks often are required by their companies to attend a sensitivity course. We provide participants with one-on-one coaching to develop a sensitive awareness and understanding of oneself and of ones relationships with others. This may include sexual harassment training, cultural sensitivity awareness, gender sensitivity, etc. Coaching with include a personality assessment.
